The BEST car buying experience in the over 30 years I have been purchasing vehicles! The staff from the salesman (Ethan Duncan), to the managers (Chad Campbell and Todd Henley), to the finance guru (David Howard)! No pressure whatsoever, comprehensive explanation of ANY vehicle you wished (I started with the RLX and ended up with a 2018 ILX) and transparent pricing and financing options. Everybody went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied and 100 percent good with my decision. Would overwhelmingly recommend this dealership to ANYBODY who wants an Acura and a great sales experience. Even if you are some miles away, make the trip; you WON'T regret it!
We have had our Acura serviced by Acura of Fayetteville since moving to the area four years ago (Excellent service!) so this would be the go-to dealership when it became time to trade Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. From sales staff (Chuck Zieammerman) to closing (David Howard) it was courteous, helpful cooperation all the way. Chad Campbell located the car we wanted in just a couple of days. Chuck is an understated sales person that totally knows the product line. David Howard was low-pressure and knowledgeable.This is our fourth MDX and for the first time ever the complexities of the navigation system and other electronic amenities were made simple to understand by Perry Butcher. We left the dealership relaxed and totally satisfied that we had bought the best car for us with the options we needed at a very reasonable price.
Had a wonderful “new car day” thanks to Chuck and Justin. They communicated frequently while we were waiting for our new car to come in. The day we picked up the car, they explained everything in an easy to understand way. Perry took time to explain the overwhelming technology.
