Razorback Regional Greenway
If you’re a hiker, cyclist, or nature aficionado, chances are you have already heard of the Razorback Regional Greenway; if not, let us break it down for you. A project several years in the making, this super trail connects several areas around Northwest Arkansas, including Bella Vista, Springdale, and Fayetteville. With space for cycling, walking, and playing, this communal greenway is a great way to spend some time outside and interacting with the community! If you’d like to know more, you can find out here.
Peanuts, crackerjacks, a crowd’s roar as a player slides toward home–baseball is the American pastime, and the Razorbacks are Fayetteville’s team. Baseball fans and novices alike can have a blast at a ball game, which is why a trip to see the Razorbacks play at Baum Stadium is well worth it. Enjoy a hot dog and a cold drink while you and your friends enjoy a great game! In March, the Razorbacks will play teams including USC, Kent State, and Texas. You can choose from several different dates, so take a look at the schedule, plan your adventure, and have a great time.
If you’d like to enjoy an adventure that takes you off the beaten path, why not check out geocaching? This high-tech, treasure-hunting game will lead you and your friends on a fun-filled scavenger hunt. If you’ve never heard of geocaching, you play by going online to find the coordinates of a “cache,” or hidden box, from a website like this one. Once you have obtained the coordinates, it’s up to you to solve the puzzle and find the box. Inside, you’ll find tiny treasures and a log to record that you found it! There is one catch–you’re supposed to find the box without letting anyone know that you’re doing it.
Spring is finally here, and for folks in Fayetteville, that means it’s time to go and have a new adventure. The team here at Acura of Fayetteville wishes you a good one.
