The new Acura MDX lineup offers two impressive engine options to achieve the performance you want. The main engine is a 3.5-liter V6 with 290-horsepower and 267 pounds-feet of torque. It's paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, providing you with quick, responsive, and smooth shifting. Front-wheel drive comes standard, but all-wheel drive is also available on all models, providing you with better traction and control.
If you upgrade to a Type S or Type S Advance model, you'll receive a sportier engine. It's a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 with 355-horsepower and 354 pounds-feet of torque. All Type S models have a transmission and all-wheel drive system that's sport tuned.
